Internet Ordering
This is a secured e-commerce website. We recommend that you print a copy of the order for your records prior to submitting it. You will receive an Order Confirmation with tracking number or mail date by return e-mail. Distributors will also need to submit their customer number for verification and credit card as well.
Phone Ordering
You may place an order directly with SimplyKeys.com Customer Service at 866-431-1340. Key codes are required in order to place an order. If you do not know or have access to your key code, use the WEATHER GUARD® Website Distributor Locator to find an AP-Pro distributor near you to purchase replacement locks.
Payment
SimplyKeys.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. Distributors who wish to be invoiced for the purchase will need to order directly from Knaack L.L.C.

Shipping and Handling fees are added to your final purchase in the ordering screen.

Delivery
All keys are cut to order with prioritization based on speed of delivery choice. Most keys will cut and ship within 1-2 business days. Mailed keys are the lowest priority and will take no more than 2-3 business days to mail. Be sure to include your correct e-mail address to receive a tracking number or mail date when your keys have shipped.
Last Minute Orders
For urgent need orders, it is recommended that you call 866-431-1340 and pay by credit card to expedite your order.
International Shipments
All fees for keys and shipping charges are stated in U.S. currency. Charges for international shipping are calculated based on weight and destination country at the time of shipping. All International orders must contact SimplyKeys.com at 866-431-1340 to determine shipping costs before completing the order. |
